Hi! I am Nathalie.

 How would you describe yourself in 5 simple words?

 

Okay, I'll start. I am curious, euphoric, impatient, cheerful and full of adventure. That basically describes what you get into with me. Of course I am much more than that. Namely cheeky, bright, creative and an absolute yoga person! So just in case you didn't know about me before :)

 

For me personally, the most important thing in my life has always been to keep my balance. Whether in ballet, my family or in my own universe.

I've tried all sorts of tools that could help me keep everything in balance and now guess what helped me the most? Right! Yoga.

 

How did I get into yoga?

 

Well let me start all over again. As a little girl, around 4 years old, I began to go to ballet regularly. Dancing was my great passion. It became a bigger and bigger part of my life - everything revolved around ballet. At some point, ballet alone no longer made me happy. It challenged my body, but my mind just couldn't find rest.

At the age of 15 I started with athletics and looked for a sport that would push me to my limits, but still give me the opportunity to find myself and accept myself for who I am.


Fortunately for me, I stumbled upon yoga and straight into a class. From then on the fire was kindled. I started practicing yoga regularly and ultimately decided to complete my teacher training.

The training in India became the linchpin for everything that followed. The philosophy, the way of life and especially the way you can see life fascinated me.

 

I get on my mat every morning. No matter if 5, 30 or 120 minutes. Regardless of the duration, it does not depend on whether meditation, power yoga, a yummy Vinyasa Flow or everything together - it's part of my morning routine.

Personal time with myself and my body is important to me. Listening carefully and consciously to your own body awareness has become the core of my yoga practice.

 

 

And because I am so excited about the positive changes in my life through this lifestyle - I want to share this with everyone who is ready for it!
