My purpose is to guide and help you in your practice. Yoga is much more than moving on a mat. Define yourself new - on & off the mat.



Everything started with ballet. As a former ballet dancer I know everything about discipline, strength, and gracefulness. Of course no one tells you about the injuries, eating disorders and never ending pressure. 

No matter how hard you work - you are never enough. 

I stopped dancing because it didn't served me and my body anymore. I wanted more! More consciousness, mindfulness and awareness in my physical practice. 


I took my first yoga class with 20 years.


This changed everything.


I went to India and did both my 200 Hrs & 300 Hrs Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga and Advanced Vinyasa Yoga. 


I've never had so much fun moving my body. Not only has my physical practice changed, my mind has also been transformed.

The combination of breathwork and meditation allows me to focus more on my inner world. Body and mind are one. I love a mix of yang and yin, dynamic and relaxing.

This style is reflected in my teaching. With me you get IN your power and learn to control it. Physically as well as mentally. Experience your power.
