WOODEN LODGE

Three lodges with a size of approx. 25 m² have been constructed from wood and offer comfortable space for 2 people. Our natural wooden lodges originate from Germany; the wooden floors have been treated with pure, natural wood oil.

MAIN HOUSE

2 bedrooms for two people each which can also be used as single rooms are at your disposal in the main house. The house has a living room, a kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom, 2 terraces, & hammocks.

LOTUS BELLE HYBRID TENT

Three lodges which are built from high-quality Australian tents, offering plenty of space on 25 m² for 2 or 3 people. They are completely furnished with a luxurious, Japanese futon bed, a closet and electricity.

MEET YOUR TEACHERS

Main teacher

Nathalie Grahlert (me)

As an international yoga teacher, I enjoy traveling around the world a lot and sharing my passion for yoga, mindfulness and well-being. I trained as a yoga teacher for Ashtanga & Vinyasa in India in 2016. I then went back to India every year (sometimes for several months) not only to do a further 300 hrs training in advanced vinyasa, but also to teach there and train yoga teachers myself.

Since then, I have been leading retreats, workshops and yoga teacher training courses in Europe and teaching at yoga festivals several times a year.

In 2021 I did an additional 200 hrs Rocket Vinyasa Teacher Training with Carson Calhoun and in 2022 I did an 80 hrs Applied Neuroscience in Yoga with Celest Pereira and Adell Bridges. After that I did a 60 hrs certification in Trauma Therapy with Scott Lynn.

I prefer to teach dynamic Vinyasa flow and meditations with a somatic background.

In addition to a clear focus on anatomical basics, I love intelligent sequencing, making the body feel good and my heart's mission is for you to realize how wonderful you already are.

My motto: Close your eyes, open your heart. Be there and take the leap into the unknown. It is worth it. Promised!

Main teacher

Kristina Zargartalebi-Nicolaus

In 2006 she discovered yoga practice on the mat for the first time by setting up a yoga studio. The journey began with the physically very demanding Bikram Yoga. After some time of practice, curiosity was aroused and a deeper dive into the subject of yoga was inevitable. This was followed by countless workshops in different yoga styles and finally the first 200 hours of training in 2012. At first the training only served for personal practice and further development, but the need to share what had been learned and experienced was not long in coming. Finally, in 2015, she opened the Samsara Yoga studio in downtown Nuremberg with her partner Navid Zargartalebi. In 2017 she completed the 300 hour Advanced Embodied Flow Teacher Training with Tara Judelle and has been continuing her education ever since. Kristina teaches Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga in her studio, leads retreats in India and has organized and assisted training sessions with Britta Kimpel and also leads her own yoga teacher training courses in Nuremberg.

Assistance teacher

Doris Reisecker

Humorous/adventurous/motivated - that's probably how her friends would describe her. Doris is a motivated yoga teacher from Salzburg. For her first yoga training, she decided on a 200-hour training course in Portugal with a focus on Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. Afterwards, the motivation was so great that she immediately did a 50-hour training course for SUP yoga and a 30-hour training course on yoga business.

The following year she decided to stay in India for a longer period and completed her 300 hours of training there with a focus on Vinyasa for advanced students. She continues to develop to this day.

She is passionate about teaching all the styles she has learned on her yoga path. She regularly plans events and retreats so that her yogis can always enjoy the variety.

For Doris, it is important to create a safe atmosphere in her classes so that everyone feels comfortable on their mat and goes home with a good feeling.

The Home of Silence yoga and meditation lodge in Greece is a place full of magic which is embedded in the beauty of nature. The retreat centre is located in the midst of a forest on a plateau at 600 metres above sea level, near Kyparissia in the Peloponnese.

The open yoga and seminar area with a magnificent view over the valley, the mountains and the sea offers plenty of space to practice yoga and hold workshops.
