Hands-on Adjustments Training

Join me for an immersive Hands-On Adjustment training designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to elevate their teaching skills and deepen their connection with students. In this workshop, you’ll learn the art of safe, effective, and empowering physical adjustments that honour each student’s unique body and practice. We’ll dive into the principles of touch, exploring how to use your hands with precision and care to encourage deeper sensations and body awareness. You’ll practice reading bodies, understanding energetic and physical boundaries, and refining your adjustments to suit different levels and styles. Expect to leave with practical tools and the confidence to apply them immediately in your classes.
