Hands-on Adjustments Training

Join me for an immersive Hands-On Adjustment training designed specifically for yoga teachers who want to elevate their teaching skills and deepen their connection with students. In this workshop, you’ll learn the art of safe, effective, and empowering physical adjustments that honour each student’s unique body and practice. Discover techniques for enhancing alignment, creating stability, and offering support that builds confidence on the mat.

We’ll dive into the principles of touch, exploring how to use your hands with precision and care to encourage deeper sensations and body awareness. You’ll practice reading bodies, understanding energetic and physical boundaries, and refining your adjustments to suit different levels and styles. Expect to leave with practical tools and the confidence to apply them immediately in your classes.

By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel inspired, empowered, and equipped to guide your students with a deeper sense of clarity and purpose. You'll gain not only technical skills but also a renewed connection to your role as a yoga teacher. With its cosy, quiet atmosphere, it offers the perfect environment to tune in, breathe and focus—ideal for in-depth hands-on adjustment training. The room is designed to feel supportive and grounded, offering both comfort and clarity for a dedicated practice.
